Relevant du directeur de production, l’ingénieur(e) principal(e) de procédés joue un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue et l’optimisation des opérations de l’usine de Bécancour. La personne titulaire du poste agit comme expert(e) technique et contribue directement à la performance, à la fiabilité et à la sécurité des procédés.

Profil recherché

  • Baccalauréat en génie chimique (ou équivalent)
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en industrie chimique (ou domaine connexe)
  • Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • Certification Lean Six Sigma (atout)

Compétences clés

  • Solide compréhension des procédés et de leurs impacts techniques et financiers 
  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en amélioration continue 
  • Capacité de gestion de projets et d’organisation 
  • Bonnes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais 
  • Rigueur, autonomie et engagement envers la santé et sécurité 

Conditions de travail

  • Poste permanent 
  • Temps plein 37.5 heures / semaine
  • Salaire concurrentiel selon l'expérience en industrie chimique lourde 
  • Assurance collective couverte à 80% par l'employeur
  • Fond de pension à cotisation déterminer allant jusqu'à 9%
