1.How Cookies are used on the Recruiting Marketing Platform?

Cookies used on the Recruiting Marketing Platform site are designed to enhance the user experience and provide analytics while maintaining a highly responsive interaction. Many cookies are created when someone visits the site but are not populated until the user interacts with various site features.

Cookies are implemented on a “server-side” approach. This means we will never store any RMK permanent cookies onto the user’s browser. Indeed, server based sessions do not store physical cookies to the user’s browser. Instead, the server maintains a server session for the user with the details of the contents of that server session obscured from the users or other users viewing. When activity on the site stops, the server session disappears from memory, leaving no trace of the user. The user must then “login” again to re-activate another session that is stored in server memory in order to have the client site know their identity.
