As it celebrates its 20th anniversary, Arkema looks back on its history with pride and toward the future with confidence.
This international recognition, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, rewards the excellence of our HR practices in key areas such as quality of life at work, diversity and inclusion, skills development, and the digitalization of HR processes.
France, China, the United States, Brazil, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, and the Philippines: these countries represent more than 82% of our workforce, and each of them has successfully passed a rigorous audit based on 350 criteria covering 20 HR topics.
We’re proud to have moved up in the latest Financial Times “Europe’s Diversity Leaders 2026” ranking.
We rank 94th among Europe’s Diversity Leaders, a significant jump from 288th place in 2025. Arkema also stands among the top 15 French companies and ranks 3rd in its sector.
The ranking, based 70% on employee feedback and 30% on objective diversity indicators (such as female representation in leadership, inclusive communication, and external data), reflects both the perception and the concrete commitments of European companies.
This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to making diversity and inclusion true drivers of performance and innovation
For the 7th time in a row, Arkema has been awarded the HappyIndex® Trainees 2026 France label.
Arkema ranked 17th out of 39 companies hosting between 200 and 499 interns and work-study students, with a global score of 76.8.
In the chemical/healthcare sector, Arkema came 3rd.
This ranking is based on a survey carried out by ChooseMyCompany, which exclusively collects the opinions of our interns and alternates, and measures commitment and motivation at work.
