Reports to Bostik, Inc Regional Business Director, Assembly.

Job dimensions
  • In this position you will grow a customer base of OEM and Allied Supplier accounts within the DG Assembly Markets. You will work in tandem with National & Strategic Account Managers, R&D, Technical Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Product Line Managers within the Assembly team to drive profitable growth through new and existing account penetration, pipeline project development, which will lead to revenue growth
Activities
  • Working to implement Assembly strategy and product(s) growth within existing and prospect customers.
  • Navigating complex organizations through phone conversations, online meetings with customer procurement, packaging engineering and R&D & manufacturing plant personnel, are important features to the success of this position.
  • Coordinating line trails & audits with Territory Sales Manager (Technical Sales Representatives)
  • Inside Sales support for Territory Sales Managers & Strategic Sales Managers
  • The role requires the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once and balance long term vision and short-term business priorities.
  • Capture accurate and complete information for CRM reporting – Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in weekly account planning & tactical execution sessions within the Assembly team.
  • Working with the Sales Enablement Tools (Highspot) to sell Bostik’s value propositions in the market.
  • 15% overnight travel within North America.
  • The primary focus will be on Specialty Hot Melts (Polyesters and Polyamides)
  • Review and evaluate all commercial leads that are directed to the Assembly MST
Context and environment
  • This role will operate in a competitive marketplace where “total cost of ownership” and “Performance” are critical for the position success.
  • A key player in managing smaller accounts for the Assembly group and assisting the Territory reps with larger accounts

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for YOY growth in sales by 10%+
  • Develop and Execute territory growth plan within the team

Qualifications / experience required

  • BA/BS Degree or 3+ relevant years of experience in Customer facing roles
  • Knowledge of Assembly market with a strong emphasis serving the smaller customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong understanding of various communication methods and proper situational use.
  • Must possess a positive, “can do” attitude with an assertive engagement mentality.
  • Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates proactive problem-solving thinking Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, web-site navigation, and CRM software.
  • Unsupported image type.This role is in Wauwautosa, WI, Dublin, OH, or Radnar, PA
