Role Overview:

As our Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible to ensure seamless operation of the end-to-end supply chain process, including inventory control, stock control and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team and collaborate with the wider team to ensure that the business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage inventory control and stock management, in accordance with the agreed service level agreements.

· Ensure effective logistics solution and cost control of freight activities, including the import and export processes.

· Manage the demand planning and supply of products based on forecast activities.

· Responsible for meeting the assigned KPIs to ensure excellence in service delivery to customers and stakeholders.

· Act as a key stakeholder in Net Promoter Score (NPS) processes, focusing on planning-related issues to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

· A tertiary degree, APICS certification or ability to demonstrate equitable work experience.

· Deep expertise in end to end supply chain processes, including logistics management, demand planning, customer service and warehouse management.

· Working knowledge of SAP and EDI.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.

· A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
