Key Responsibilities:
As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will…
- Utilize SAP to receive raw materials, packaging suppies, and purchased finished goods, and pull and prepare finsihed goods for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory through double-checking quantifies and reporting discrepencies.
- Report spills, damaged product, or any inventory loss immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation and environmental regulations.
- Operate forklifts safely and follow all plant safety rules.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in warehouse and shipping areas.
- Accurately complete all required documentation.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS regulatory requirements.
- Load trucks for shipment and handle Bill of Lading paperwork.
- Create Production Orders in SAP for manufacturing.
- Perform customer-specific requirements such as labeling.

- High school diploma or GED; ability to read English and perform basic math
- Minimum one year of warehousing experience
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications
- Forklift experience
- Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime
- Ability to maintain forklift license and DOT certification if required
