DEMAND AND SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER Job

Mission Details

Production Planning

-    Create Master production schedule and collaborate with concerned departments (i.e., Production, Sales and Procurement) to ensure optimum level of locally produced finished goods inventory to support demand based on at least six (6) months rolling forecast. 
-    Work closely with the production planner in creating a weekly production schedule that will represent the factual production capacity.

Support in Production execution by providing smooth plan to meet the production volume at the optimum level.
-    Assist in the replenishment of inter-company and third-party sales finished goods.  
-    Assist in the replenishment of raw and packaging materials that are intended for production. 

Supply Materials Planning

-    Provide material plan to ensure optimum level of RM and Finish goods Inventory. 
-    Measure the amount of inventory needed expressed in days of production for raw and packaging materials.
-    Measure the inventory level which will be used for future demand.
-    Provide the production team a detailed production schedule for production to follow.

Demand Planning

-    Leads Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning and other activities related to it. 
-    Measure of how well forecasts project actual demand
-    Coordinates with Sales Team regarding Increase or decrease in demand showing the implication on Supply.
-    Ensure forecast accuracy is within the desirable level based on actual sales.

Importation.

-    Performs Demand and Supply Plan for imported goods from inter-company and third party suppliers.
-    Plan and assist in the importation of Finished Goods & Raw Materials.

SAP Management

-    Work closely with production and R&D in updating the Material Master Data to ensure accurate MRP results.
-    Manage Production Version & Master Recipe for Production & Planning use.
-    Assist in Trouble shooting for SAP in Production Planning and Execution Domain.

Product Management

-    Assist in the successful launching of New Product, by supporting NBD and production plan.
-    Work in coordination with the product managers in monitoring the life cycle of existing finished goods. 

Other Tasks

-    Promote and organize Continuous Improvement Team
-    Contribute to cost saving initiatives.
-    Other task as immediate superior seen needed for the operations

Required Profile

Candidate must be a graduate of any Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering or in any business or technical related courses. 
-    Required skills on MS Office Application
-    Experience across multiple supply chain competencies (Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement)
-    SAP user and or user of any similar MRP tools
-    Demonstrate ability to use ERP systems within a production environment.
-    Experience in Sales and Operations 
-    Experience in Inventory Management
-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-    Good problem-solving abilities
-    Team player
-    Excellent work ethics
