Mission Details

Production Operation Job

• Ensures that machines functions correctly and reports any observation not in line with the normal functionality.

• Oils and grease the machine and make sure that machines are working properly.

• Adjusts the operating speed and control the load of the machines.

• Follows the standard operating procedure of the machines.

• Monitors to see to it that the finished goods obtained from the machines are matching the quality standards of the company.

• Monitors constantly the flow of production that is being outputted by the machine.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Observe health, safety, and environment policies always.

• Always wear personal protective equipment.

• Conducts thorough housekeeping and make sure that the shopfloor is always clean and in order.

Records Management

• Ensures that equipment and machine records and check sheets are reliable and always updated.

• Maintains a report of the total amount of goods manufactured in a day from the machine.

Checks newly commissioned machines as well as the off specifications for their efficiency and submits to superiors.

Production Machine and Equipment Maintenance

• Performs preventive maintenance of the machine.

• Executes troubleshooting to the machine.

• Coordinates with E/M to ensure that machines meet specifications, conditions, and parameters.

• Provides minor specifications to upgrade the systems and upgrade them if required.

• Reports immediately to E/M any observed abnormalities of the machines especially those that require major repair.

Packaging Materials Preparation and Product Packing

• Prepare packaging materials to be used for repacking and perform the following:

a. put batch numbers into cans and cartons.

b. assemble cartons.

• Repack product manually or through filling machines,

• Put labels on finished products, if applicable, put it into cartons and stock file them.

• Count and record output.

• See to it that all assigned tasks are done according to specifications in terms of quality and quantity at the right time and minimum possible cost.

 

Raw Materials Preparation and Charging

• Prepares/charge raw materials to be used for processing in the different machines.

 

Process Monitoring and Transfer of Approved Products

Others

• May be assigned to production operation to supervise as need arises.

• Perform other functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

 

 

Required Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Can follow instruction and make reports.

• Familiar of the operating system of the machine/s he or she is handling.

• Sound understanding of the working mechanism of the tools and machines he or she is operating.

• Make adjustments and fix minor problem of the machines.

• Good communications and customer service skills

• Ability to pay attention to details.

• Analytical

Behavioral Competencies (at least level 1 = to be developed)

• Innovation, result- oriented, open-mindedness and adaptability, inter-personal effectiveness, big picture perspective, accountability and commitment.

Experience

• At least one (1) year experience in operating industrial machines.

Education

At least graduate of technical or vocational schools from any of the following technical schools: Meralco Foundation, Dualtech or TESDA accredited Technical School
