Mission Details

•    Operations: 
1.    Execute employee engagement activities as aligned with Corporate/Head Office
2.    Develop and implement CSR programs across all sites aligning with company values and objectives 
3.    Partner with teams on community outreach, volunteerism, and sustainability initiatives.
4.    Ensures on time submission of e-leave report to payroll provider for Tanay site and reviews any variance within the payroll period. 
5.    Secure site related certificates and coordinate as needed with the Local Government Unit (LGU) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

   Labor Relations: 
1.    Ensures proper implementation of Company Code of Discipline
2.    Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance

3.    Support managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

•    Union related and CBA: 
1.    Lead in CBA related matters ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
2.    Assist on negotiation and collective bargaining
3.    Manage union related matters, providing guidance to management and employees 
4.    Foster positive union management relationships in addressing grievances and issues

•    Leadership and Management: 
1.    Facilitates long term HR initiatives which are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization
2.    Ensures leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization
3.    Assists the employees in the three sites in providing development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.  

•    Relationship Building:
1.    Understands and solicits employee opinions and anticipates their needs and concerns 
2.    Provides advice and coaching to employee where appropriate
3.    Acts as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure HR services are aligned with internal client needs

•    Employee Development: 
1.    Collaborate with leadership team to identify training needs and develop training plans for the three sites
2.    Create and strategize training needs assessment for the three sites
3.    Evaluate the effectiveness of employee development programs and make recommendations for improvement for the three sites
 
•    Others: 
1.    Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. 
2.    Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
3.    Provides regular status reports to HR & Communications Director based on highlights and activities carried out
4.    Prepares and assists in the HR plans, programs, and policies and guidelines. 
5.    Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by HR & Communications Director from time to time. 
6.    Protects information and assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference. 

Required Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, communication, or relevant fields. 
•    At least five (5) years of experience in human resources and at least three (3) years in supervisory role. 
•    Familiar with human resources practices and regulations doing HR functional work which are but not limited to labor relations and union related matters, training, organizational development and management, and employee relations and engagement.
•    Proactive, self-managed, results and customer oriented, and team player.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other people.
