Mission Details

Logistics job
• Accuracy and integrity of records with regards to raw and packaging materials and finished goods and other related inventories
• Inventories kept on zero variance or reasonable variance  * Assist the Assistant Manager in processing of Sales Invoice. *File all documents.
Documentation & Logistics Prepare tally sheet.
• Count and get batch number before loading.
• Make Delivery Gate pass & Packing list.

Dispatch deliveries.
• Monitor all sales invoice for delivery and delivered (DGPL).
• Transmit to head office all documents of delivered inventories.
• Perform the following DIY transaction: a.) tagging per batch, b.) bar coding, c.) consignment, and d.) printing of bar codes.
• Document all outgoing stocks from the following: a.) deliveries to customers (STA), b.) product request from various departments.
• Attach P.O. and O.R. per invoice.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in processing of Sales Invoice. File all documents. HSE & Good Housekeeping
• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the RM warehouse area.
• Observe health, safety and environment policies at all times.
• Wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Conduct thorough housekeeping and make sure that the shopfloor are clean and in order at all times. Conduct job hazard analysis on his respective area of assignment Others
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

*At least 2 experience Warehousing, Inventory Planning & Control

Education
Bachelor degree in (in order of priority) Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Mechanical), Chemistry
Licensed is a plus factor
