Vaga: Assistente de Atendimento ao Cliente

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar atendimento aos clientes, garantindo tratativa adequada às solicitações, proporcionando uma experiência positiva e contribuindo para a fidelização.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em todo o ciclo de atendimento ao cliente, buscando soluções efetivas e contribuindo para o alcance das metas da área.
  • Acompanhar todo o fluxo do pedido dentro dos processos da empresa, incluindo liberação de descontos, análise e liberação de crédito, verificação de disponibilidade de estoque e acompanhamento da entrega.
  • Controlar a carteira de pedidos, monitorando prazos de entrega e coleta, divergências de peso nas cargas, rupturas de produtos e valores.
  • Realizar e manter atualizados os cadastros de clientes no sistema.
  • Acompanhar e controlar as metas individuais relacionadas às vendas realizadas.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, incluindo uso de planilhas e fórmulas.
  • Conhecimento no Pacote Office.
  • Será considerado diferencial conhecimento no sistema Protheus (TOTVS).
