The Supply Chain Analyst supports the Supply Chain function by applying analytical skills to identify trends and contribute to data preparation for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. This role involves monitoring stock levels to identify any supply/demand mismatches and ensuring optimal inventory management
Support Supply Chain operations for Fluorochemicals plants, tolling operations, and import of product, including:
- Complete transactions, identify trends, and potential cost savings and asset optimization opportunities.
- Support supply chain processes (Inventory, MRP/DRP, global ERP order entry, third-party stock replenishment – STO, third-party transactional support, Outline Agreements, PR/PO, etc.).
- Perform tasks associated with equipment fleet coordination, product reclaim, and cost reduction analysis.
- Validate and process vendor invoices.
- Serve as NAFTA coordinator and work with SC leadership to complete product label reviews as required.
- Collaborate with customer service to manage the customer complaint process up to and including resolution.
- Execute tolling activities as defined by Supply Chain Operations Manager, including overseeing packaging operations at Fielding.
- Utilize SC KPI SMART dashboard to track/analyze various supply chain performance indicators.
- Participate in short/mid-term supply chain projects, including supporting annual physical inventory counts.
- Support VLS Transloading facility for strategic Goodman account.
- Manage and execute regulatory reporting requirements with the EPA and other government agencies, including third-party audits and transfer of refrigerant allowance allocations (EPA/CDR/REACTS etc.).
- Support and coordinate fleet activities, including inbound/outbound logistics movements.
Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Execution process by managing the following activities:
- Prepare data for S&OP meetings.
- Liaise with regional and global supply chain partners/vendors to monitor balances and stock levels, identifying out-of-balance scenarios.
- Prepare demand reviews using appropriate forecasting tools as needed.
- Liaise between Business Unit (BU) and global teams to aid in validation of global reporting initiatives.
- Monitor inventory quality KPIs and develop action plans for the reduction of subprime inventory.
Support Supply Chain initiatives and reporting, including digitalization:
- Extract and organize data, monitor progress of corrective action initiatives, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement, including ad hoc reporting needs.
- Coordinate and monitor swaps and trading agreements.
- Assist in the implementation of processes and tools for improved inter-region activities as designated by the Supply Chain Managers and Customer Fulfillment Managers.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a Technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service.
- ERP experience.
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills).
- Experience in Supply Chain Optimization Systems (e.g., Picaso).
- Proficient in Power BI Dashboards.
- APICS Certification is a plus.
- SAP experience required.
