JOB SUMMARY

 

Arkema Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Administrator to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Americas Raw Materials & Energy Purchasing and the General Manager of Hydrogen Peroxides. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations across two dynamic leadership teams, requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

 

The Senior Executive Administrator will coordinate complex calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, prepare executive-level presentations and reports, and manage key meetings and events. Additional responsibilities include overseeing document and contract management processes, supporting digital platforms, and assisting with onboarding and engagement initiatives.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Office Management

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and events, including logistics and A/V setup.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for senior leaders.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and expense submissions.
  • Oversee document management, purchase requisitions, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain organizational charts, contact lists, and subscriptions.
  • Support engagement initiatives and provide backup reception coverage.

 

Meetings & Events Coordination

  • Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics for global visitors.
  • Coordinate participation in key industry conferences and association events.

 

Contract Management & Digital Coordination

  • Support maintenance of contract records and vendor data accuracy.
  • Support invoicing processes and manage digital platforms.
  • Assist with reporting and data tracking across systems.

 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with interview scheduling, onboarding, and IT/office setup.
  • Support community engagement activities and cross-functional initiatives.

 

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

 

Education: High school diploma required; B.S or A.S degree preferred.

 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Senior Executives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience operating in a multi-regional / global business unit is preferred.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Concur.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across a global organization.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and delivering accurate results under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence without authority, maintain confidentiality, and interact with all levels, including senior executives.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
