We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives for specialty Fluorogases in electronics applications. This position provides global leadership across key growth platforms, including electronics and data centers and plays a critical role in shaping long-term business strategy, portfolio development, and market expansion.

The position operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires close collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive execution, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • Define and execute mid-and long-term business strategies aligned with global growth objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range development initiatives.
  • Develop and prioritize business cases for new products, investments, and partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives to ensure effective resource allocation and execution.

Electronics Market Leadership

  • Ownership of business performance for fluorochemical products serving semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Act as a senior commercial interface for key customers, supporting long-term partnerships and growth.
  • Identify new opportunities across applications, technologies, and geographies.
  • Drive product qualification, scale-up, and commercialization in collaboration with R&D, Operations, Quality, and technical teams.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions.

Data Center Market Development

  • Build and execute global market strategies for fluorochemicals used in data center cooling technologies.
  • Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product and innovation roadmaps.
  • Support external collaborations with industry partners, startups, and academic institutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
  • Promote cross-business collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Specialty Fluorochemicals & Market Expansion

  • Develop new commercial channels and processes for specialty fluorochemical products.
  • Explore entry into new market segments by evaluating technical, commercial, and operational requirements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on investments needed to support profitable growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or commercial roles within advanced materials, chemicals, or semiconductor-related markets.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the electronic specialty gas market strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of value-based pricing, negotiation, and commercial strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and common business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Cultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally.
