Mission Details

Ensures smooth F&P related operations and enhances the expertise & maturity in APOC
-    Supports process implementation incl. S&OP process, MRP & forecast master data, process orders handling, etc… for the whole region, in compliance with Global core model;
-    Coordinates the control and the analysis of the operational issues raised by the Key users, and make sure that appropriate answers and trainings are put in place;
-    Drives the maturity and improvement actions with BUs to reach the expected level of expertize through regular assessments and action plans elaboration, process enhancement and best practices deployment;
-    Ensures communication and training through a close cooperation APOC BU/plant key users;
-    Supports BUs in F&P organization design and roles assignment, making sure all F&P activities are properly ensured;
-    Supports the deployment of the systems and tools, and takes part with the global process owners to the evolutions or enhancements of the core model.

Supports the company growth and the change of the Supply Chain framework
-    Supports the BUs in their projects of growth or changes, for processes and system solution;
-    Contributes to Core model roll-out/migration projects and is accountable for its achievement on his specific domain;
-    Supports Working Capital optimization projects with BUs, Global & Regional teams involved;
-    Ensures the daily analysis and validation for roles and authorizations requests for F&P domain;
-    Promotes digital culture and leads digital projects development.

Supports the implementation and monitoring of performance management
-    Monitors KPI and reports to ensure the rigorous application of the core model;
-    Collaborates regional/global expertise center and iTeam to elaborate, improves and deploys KPI & dashboards; 
-    Drives the implementation of the associated rituals and analysis guidelines;
-    Deploys Working Capital optimization tools & F&P KPI;
-    Ensures training of users on KPI and dashboards usage.
-    Drive F&P related KPI improvements, discipline and vigilance from local BUs

Supports global or regional projects in line with Corporate Supply Chain global roadmap
-    Is the referent for F&P topics in the Region;
-    Contributes to the global or regional projects in APOC incl. Working Capital, S&OP deployment & enhancement, new tools design & deployment…

Required Profile

  • 5 years of experience in the F&P field, operational background preferred;
  • Manager experience is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of the major Supply Chain processes.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP modules (especially Forecast & Planning functions) and IT tools/system.
  • Structured and rigorous, team player, very process-oriented mindset, strong ability to listen, communicate and to convince, strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
  • Fluent English is required, Chinese is a plus
