Mission Details

ACTIVITIES:

  • Supply Chain Process Excellence
    Lead Supply Chain process optimization and operational excellence initiatives across APoC.
    Manage regional Business Process Owners and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
    Oversee global system deployments, core model rollouts, and supply chain transformation projects.
    Monitor and improve Supply Chain KPIs, performance, and process maturity.
    Develop Supply Chain capabilities, key user networks, and talent across the region.
  • Logistics Procurement
    Lead regional logistics procurement activities and service provider management.
    Support logistics tenders, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
    Drive logistics cost optimization, service quality improvements, and network efficiency.
    Ensure compliance with procurement, HSEQ, and logistics policies.
  • Customs Compliance
    Oversee customs compliance activities and risk management across APoC.
    Support business units on customs regulations, HS classification, and origin determination.
    Monitor customs performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
    Promote customs best practices and capability development across the region.
  • Data Governance
    Lead Data Governance initiatives and promote data-driven culture.
    Ensure high-quality master data through governance, audits, training, and corrective actions.
    Support business integration, system rollout, and data-related projects.
  • Leadership & Management
    Manage departmental budget, resources, and team development.
    Drive stakeholder engagement across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HSEQ, Finance, and IT.
    Promote Supply Chain achievements and support organizational change management

Required Profile

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Master degree or equivalent
  • Strong experience (10 years+) and proven achievements in Supply Chain management within complex and international environment
  • Strong experience in Logistics and Operations
  • Strong experience in Project Management and Lean metholodology implementation
  • APICs Certification and Lean/6 Sigma are “plus”
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Finance fundamentals’ knowledge
