Mission Details

To do technical demo, mock up and actual demo during presentation.
To do site inspection for recommendation of proper product (upon approval of technical manager).
To provide swatches and applied samples of Bostik Products for Sales Group.
To do product testing for the client (compressive strength and pull-off testing) as per instructions from the Technical Manager.
To do technical presentations to clients.
To assist R&D Department in doing actual application during product development phase of the products.
To assist on special product requests like Conex Displays and specified samples designs.

Notes:

The applicator is directly reporting to the technical manager. The technical manager gives all the schedules, samples, instructions and activities.
If the applicator has no schedule, he will follow the applied sample schedule provided by the technical manager.
During site inspection, the technical manager will be the only one to give the final recommendation. The recommendation of the applicator will be approved first by the technical manager.
All schedules should be coordinated with the technical manager.
KPI’s will be determined by the technical manager upon approval of the Technical Working Group (Sales Director, Specifications Manager, and Sales Managers).

Required Profile

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels in a confident and professional manner; strong attention to details ; analytical ,well-organized, proactive, assertive and takes a creative approach to problem solving
College graduate
At least 2 years work experience in Construction Industry
With presentation skills
