- Directly reporting to the EMEA Sales Director Flexible Packaging
- Turnover around 10M
- Territory development, customer prospection, local Key Account customers support, support &development key customers
- Mainly Italy, Greece
- Market: Flexible Packaging
- Working from home office or office based in Milano, travelling 50-70%
Required Profile
- Optimization of the results (T.O. consolidation, margin improvement, reduction of financial risk) follow the customer payments (action, if delay)
- Introduction of new products in the market /Progress in innovation by product and application
- Increasing sales and profitability with customers and Key Accounts
- Implementing the agreed sales plans, regulations and measures related to the quality assurance
- Responsible for serving existing customers and acquiring new accounts.
- Ensuring sales budget as well as VCM budget target
- Definition of the commercial strategies coordinating with Sales Director EMEA Flex Lam, Market Managers Flex Lam, and Key Account Manager Flex Lam
- Market study analysis and market analyses for new innovative sales area
- Ensure price alignment with multi-site accounts and national accounts
- Develop long-term relationships by identifying the key stakeholders in the customers’ organization and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the Sales Director, Market Managers, Key Account Manager, R&D, Tech support
- Follow customer complaints and ensure quick response from the quality department and propose commercial solution when necessary
- To provide monthly sales forecast, commercial budget proposal, customer visit reports, weekly highlights, monthly reports
- To ensure that appropriate standards of working practice are maintained - Compliance, Company Operating
- Bachelor/Master degree in science, engineering or business
- 1–3-year experience in a sales or technical sales role in the Packaging market (Flexible Packaging preferred)
- Open and proactive

- Strategy definition capability
- Fluent in English and Italian (native preferred)
