Role Overview:

As our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to ensure we deliver a first class experience for our customers . This includes responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues & complaints and collaborating with other departments to address customer needs. You’ll work closely with a supportive team that shape the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end customer service duties including but not limited to data entry of customer sales orders, handle inbound calls and emails from customers, processing backorders, credits, goods return and pricing requests.
  • Manage customer queries and provide basic technical support to customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to process customer requests.
  • Coordinate freight and shipping for client orders + providing ETAs.
  • Develop customer relationships through high quality communication skills and excellent customer service experience.
  • General ad-hoc requests as required.

Required Profile

  • Prior customer service and EDI experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for creating positive client experiences and achieving outstanding results.
