What You'll Work On

No two days are the same.

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment that keeps our manufacturing operation running efficiently and safely.

You'll work on:

Industrial pumps
Electric motors
Gearboxes
Process heaters
Chillers
Pneumatic systems
Hydraulic systems
Mechanical equipment
Valves
Conveying equipment
Manufacturing support systems

What You'll Do

Every day you'll have opportunities to:

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
  •  Repair pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and process equipment
  • Install new machinery and equipment
  • Read blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  •  Work closely with Production and Engineering teams
  • Help improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime

Your work directly impacts production success.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ Industrial Maintenance experience

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills

✔ Mechanical aptitude

✔ Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

✔ Basic electrical knowledge

✔ Ability to read blueprints and schematics

✔ Experience using hand and power tools

✔ A safety-first mindset

Experience with the following is a plus:

PLC troubleshooting
Welding
Millwright work
Forklifts
Scissor lifts
Boom lifts
Industrial controls
CMMS/EAM systems
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Technical School, Industrial Maintenance Certificate, or Military Maintenance experience preferred
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Manufacturing maintenance experience strongly preferred
