Senior OEM Account Manager


Reports to National Sales Mgr OEM


Job Summary 
Provide support in building and maintaining a highly effective OEM sales team who is focused on achieving national  sales objectives which are in line with corporate goals. Position is responsible for Mentoring and supporting the development of the OEM Account Managers.  He/she is responsible for becoming the go to person in the event the OEM Sales Manager is unavailable.  He/she must develop expertise with OEM accounts and maintain a be capable of collaborating with senior level OEM Management.  This position has national scope.  This person will be capable of managing approximately up to $30M in revenue. Travel expectations are up to 75%.  This person must be able to manage cross functional teams and drive results in a Matrix organization.  This person will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with stake holders in key accounts.
The OEM senior Account Manager will provide market, customer, and sales strategy support to the OEM National Sales Manager when needed.  This support will be concurrent with OEM goals.  He/she will be able to analyze and report on OEM segment.
This position will co-manage with OEM National Sales Manager relationships with other intercompany functions to ensure appropriate resources are available and focused to support selling objectives and the growth/profitability of the Pro-Sales Group.
This position will provide Market insight, customer insight and bring a strong sense of understating on delivering Value into the OEM segment
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 5% This person will be filling in for National OEM Sales Manager in critical meetings, sales meetings, and customer meetings.
  • 60% This person will manager a bank of critical accounts to develop stronger relationships, drive greater revenue and collaborate with all aspects of touch points within customer.
  • 10% This person will mentor/coach OEM Sales team to develop a world class organization
  • 10% This person will collaborate with all Bostik departments to create a strong OEM understanding and strategies to ensure Bostik is delivering exceptional value.
  • 15% This person will be a strong liaison between R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, to provide new products, testing products, and innovation.

 Minimum Qualifications and Education Required

10 years sales experience managing B2B accounts and senior level relationships

Education and area of focus
Sales. Marketing, or Engineering


Competencies -Knowledge Skills & Abilities 
Microsoft applications, SAP, Salesforce, Time management and strong leadership skills

 

HES Requirement 

Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements
Participates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, SafeStart, etc.)
Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents

Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Moves equipment weighing up to 57 pounds
Positions self to install, demo and test product
