Mission Details

  • HSEQ Responsibilities and Authorities
  • Responsible for completing small-scale synthesis experiments assigned by superiors, including the full process operations such as raw material weighing, feeding, temperature control, and stirring.
  • Strictly follow experimental protocols and safety regulations, accurately record key data such as reaction temperature, time, and ratios, ensuring that experimental records are complete, authentic, and traceable.
  • Cooperate with R&D requirements to perform formula and process optimization, complete sample preparation, testing, and comparative tests.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning, maintenance, and simple calibration of experimental equipment to ensure normal operation.
  • Organize experimental data, write experiment reports, summarize periodically, and complete technical documentation archiving.
  • Comply with chemical management, waste material and liquid disposal regulations, and maintain laboratory hygiene and safety.

Required Profile

Organic chemistry; organic lab operational skills; Polymer Materials.

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, or Chemical EngineerStrong communication skill in Chinese and English (spoken and written)

Familiar with the basic principles of organic synthesis or polymer synthesis, with practical experience being a plus

Proficient in operating basic instruments for synthesis experiments, familiar with various performance testing methods and practical operations

Possesses basic data analysis skills, able to independently complete practical operations, data recording, and report writing

Proficient in using Office software, capable of Excel data processing, PPT creation, and Word document writing

Possesses good communication skills, open-minded, and able to adapt to changes.
