Mission Details

Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, HSE and Manufacturing Technology teams to manage mechanical-related MOE (Maintenance Operational Excellence) activities, including: Preventive Maintenance (PM), Vibration Inspection (VIS), Root Cause Analysis / Experience Sharing (RCA/REX), Turnaround Planning, Management of Change (MOC), Lubrication and Vibration Management, SAP Master Data Management, and reliability-related KPIs. Ensure all mechanical maintenance work complies with HSEQ standards (perform JSA/SWP, safety meetings, BBS, quick audits, incident investigations, participate in PHA, manage contractors).Develop work instructions and guidelines for technicians and contractors; provide hands-on training and cross-training.Monitor and manage mechanical spare parts inventory; lead or participate in equipment failure RCA and share REX within the organization.Drive continuous improvement (Green Belt, 3S) to reduce unplanned downtime, improve OEE, and meet CUE targets.Support new projects and process improvement initiatives; apply troubleshooting skills with statistical approach.Update SAP master data regularly; complete PM review, VIS MEI classification, and overhaul plans on time, within budget, and with quality & safety.

Required Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Process Equipment and Control Engineering strongly preferred).
• Experience: 5–10 years of total work experience after graduation, including at least 3 years in petrochemical/chemical industry.
• Technical skills:
• Proficient in SAP equipment module management.
• Familiar with operating vibration frequency spectrograph.
• Familiar with reliability management methodologies (e.g., RCM, RBI, FMEA, RCA).
• Language: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Other:
• Knowledge of Mechanical Integrity (MI) requirements and relevant standards.
• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally.
• Teamwork orientation and ability to work across functions.
