Mission Details
The core responsibility of this role is to be in charge of the daily work of 1-2 HR modules and flexibly support the basic work of other modules when necessary. In this way, the continuity and efficiency of HR services are ensured, while providing strong support for the business development of the factory. This position requires candidates to have rich HR experience, good communication and collaboration skills, as well as a flexible working attitude, and be able to operate efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.
Required Profile
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management is preferred.
2. Work Experience:
At least 3 years or more of HR-related working experience, familiar with at least two modules among recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations.
Those with HR working experience in manufacturing or factories are preferred.
3. Skill Requirements:
Proficient in using office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems (such as SAP, SF, Platinum, etc.)
o has strong data analysis ability and report writing ability.
Have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with employees and management at different levels.
I have a strong ability to learn and adapt, and can quickly master new knowledge and skills.
