Accountability

  1. Safe Operation of liquid/solid.
  2. Process control
  3. Control of non-conforming material
  4. In process/final Inspection
  5. Contract labour Handling.             

Activities

  1. Execute and control of production activities as per the Schedule given
  2. Check and ensure raw material & packing material availability.
  3. Responsible for Safe operations of Plant and Machineries.
  4. To oversee SOP and other procedures are followed in the shift.
  5. Responsible for liquid /Solid section production.
  6. Review previous shift log & control of documents like log sheet, SMP & WI
  7. Check the critical process parameters at regular intervals
  8. Plant Start-up and Shut down activities and Responsible for emergency preparedness
  9. Ensure good safe practises in the shop floor.
  10. Ensure low temp and ambient temp product are stored in respective location
  11. Inspection of safety Interlocks, Alarms etc.
  12. Ensure updating the batch sheet on time.
  13. Effective utilisation of machine.
  14. Ensure good housekeeping the shop floor.
  15. Maintain the consistent quality parameter.
  16. Co-ordination with maintenance department for any breakdown.
  17. Attending the shift meeting
  18. Should be a trained responder of anyone of the activities (First Aid, Emergency Response, Safety Committee)

Qualification

  1. Diploma in chemical engineering having 1/2 yrs experience in any process industry or fresher through campus recruitment
  2. Having exposure in DCS,5S & QMS
  3. Team working & co-ordination.
