Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe Automation System (DCS) and Field Instruments for OP Plant
  • Maintain safe and environment conscious plant operation, in particular in respect with local regulations, AIMS(Arkema Integrated Management System) and Corporate standards & policies
  • Improve Marine and domestic reefer safety of Peroxides in transport -- implement best practices
  • Optimize manufacturing units’ performance and maintain push towards manufacturing excellence
  • Implement best-in-class work processes: Key Performance Indicator, stage gate process for process development and capital deployment, performance management etc. 
  • Guarantee quality of our products & services, and more generally of our organization: compliance with ISO 9001 system and Company standards & policies 
  • Keep RM costs under control: recurrent production expenses, variable costs, Engineering spares, services & contracts and contribute with sales team.
  • Ensure relationships with all other Departments like Production, safety, Purchase.
  • Collaborate closely with All OP entities to improve technical performances or productivity of the plants
  • Should be a trained responder of anyone of the activities (First Aid, Emergency Response, Safety Committee)
  • World class Automation system is required in production site.
  • Maintained the ISO, AIMS, BBS and safe start culture in the Maintenance Activity.

Required Skills & Qualification

BE/ B.Tech Degree in Electronic& Instrumentation

10 - 12 years of Chemical industrial Instrumentation experience

Strong Knowledge and leadership skills: Field Instrumentation, Job execution skills ,Team Building and communication skill

Knowledge of applicable safety and environment regulations and best practices in Maintenance Activity.

Must be able to explain the concepts and Automation Logic in OP Plant.

Accountabilities

  • Strict on the preventive maintenance Plan
  • Avoid the Major Break down in the Process Plant
  • Capex Project to be planned and commissioned with in time and good Integrity
  • Improvement Project in safety wise and Automation in Operation plant.
  • Avoid the minor Incident and alarm in the Reefer Transport
  • Plant performance to their objectives. LTIR & TRIR-0
  • Improved use of best-in-class work processes for Instrument job activities
  • Improvement in safety culture and discipline for Maintenance work.
