As part of our Process & Technical Engineering team, you will play a key role in enhancing production performance through advanced analysis and innovative solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on the operational efficiency and environmental sustainability of our processes.
Management
- Leading Maintenance department and activity in the plant.
- Manage the resources in the department. Develop the training plan and succession plan.
- Submit monthly report with key process indictors to plant manager.
- Involve with various department for Continuous Improvement project.
- Involve in the management of change (MOC) review, any audits deemed necessary.
- Lead internal and external communication with regards to technical activity with contractor, vendor and authorities.
Maintenance
- Submit yearly budget and responsible for budget expenses under department.
- Guaranty the compliance to all regulatory and mandatory controls.
- Ensure the technical availability of site equipment by defining the maintenance strategy.
- Ensure the good performance of maintenance processes (work preparation, scheduling, reports…)
- Responsible for Annual Plant Turnaround.
Project
- Lead and/or involve in carrying out feasibility studies and engineering studies in line with the ATOGATE process, as well as executing and monitoring plant investment. Lead the site investment five years plan. Provide cost estimates for capital project planning process.
Automation
- Lead the digital transformation of the site
- Define the architecture of the automated systems and ensure that specifications are in line with the group and site strategy.
- In consultation with other site departments, draws up functional specifications for automated systems.
- Is able to do small modifications to the automated programs (Controllers, BatchManager).

Required Profile
- Strong operational experience.
- Good maintenance culture.
- Project leadership.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in the chemical or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations (e.g., ATEX, REACH) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams.
