The Chemical Operator for PMC will be producing and packaging Tin Tet, Butyl and Octyl production in the 100/200 units. They will need to troubleshoot to correct and problems with in the work area. This is a shift position with some nights and weekends required. Activities include:
- Monitor the process in the Control Room from the DCS
- Perform field checks and operations in the field
- Follow production recipes, procedures, and MOCs to safely manufacture quality products
- Troubleshoot to correct problems within their work area
- Unload raw materials from incoming sources
- Prepare finished goods for shipment to customer
- Accurately report on process outcomes and clearly enter manual data
- Monitor wastwater
- report all deviations to manager
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- 1+ year of experience in chemical manufacturing facility, strongly preferred
- High school diploma
- Mechanical aptitude
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Team player who can perform multiple tasks at one time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with others
- Accuracy in reporting
