Job Summary

  • Responsible for Master Supply Plan 12-18 month rolling for the Regional BU in support of the SIOP process
  • Conducts and monitors various planning processes across multiple facilities to ensure that all production, FG’s purchases and customer demands are met and maintained.
  • Coordination with Plant Operations Production Schedulers the Capacity Plans and schedules in support of the Master Plan
  • Coordinate with Plant Operations Buyers the procurement plans to PFG & Tolled Product in support of the Master Plan
  • Responsible for NPS (Excess, Slow Moving, Aged Inventory) as relates to Operations Actions
  • Responsible for Regional Governance of SC Specific Master Data in support of Supply Planning
  • Disciplined master data governance focusing on end-to-end business processes and their required analysis of data.

 

Key Activities

  • Leads and governs the transformation of the planning/buying groups at facilities to support Customers, achieve inventory targets and optimize manufacturing resources
  • Create Master Supply Plan (12-18 month rolling) by plant & workcenter in support of monthly SIOP to achieve DSI, NPS and OTIF targets
  • Coordinate with Plant Scheduling, the plant capacity requirements plan
  • Coordinates with Plant Planning and Logistics, replenishment plans in a multisite distribution network
  • Coordinate plus lead the Supply Review with Plants for Monthly SIOP Process
  • Measure and coordinate to resolve Plant and PFG Schedule Adherence issues.
  • Analyze Inventory Reports, develop and facilitate action plans to assure supply plans deliver resulting OTIF, Target DSI and NPS targets
  • Resolve problems plus enhance improvements associated with inventory flow plus production control
  • Ensure constant communication with main stakeholders from Supply Chain, Plant Operations, Customer Service, PLMs
  • Develop procedures and work instructions in support of Global Process Standards, ISO requirements and standard daily work
  • Accountable for supply planning oriented Material Master Data Governance and Accuracy for assigned BU product portfolio
  • Participate in acquisition integration related to Master Planning, SIOP Integration and BEST Integration
  • Lead and actively participate in business team growth or supply chain improvement projects
  • Maintains strong working relationship with plant team members, customer service, logistics and cross-functional business team members
  • Actively demonstrates a positive, constructive, action oriented behaviors to drive improvements, build relationships that inspire trust and commitment – ONE BOSTIK

 

Qualifications/Education Required

  • Bachelor degree in business, supply chain or operations management.  Advanced degree preferred. 
  • 7-10 years of relevant hands on supply chain planning and operational experience in a multi-site global manufacturing organization
  • Must have previous supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge and work experience of standard ERP system and data warehouse, SAP experience is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Level of Excel, Word, database and web based skills.
  • ASCM (APICS) CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification desirable
  • 10-30% travel expected
