Mission Details

Bostik recherche pour son site de Venette, son/sa future(e) Global Technical Tiling & Waterproofing Expert.

Directement rattaché(e) au Siège Social de Colombes et au Directeur technique de C&C SU Wall & Floor, vous serez en constante interactions avec l'équipe de pilotage et les équipes techniques, marketing et commerciales locales. Vous aurez comme principal objectif d’être le contact technique pour toutes les questions relatives au carrelage et à l'imperméabilisation. Vous serez également responsable du développement et de l'exécution du programme de formation par régions/pays ainsi que de leur expertise.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Visiter la région/les pays pour aligner le support technique et l'expertise sur sa gamme
- Mettre en place un programme de formation interne et externe
- Participer à l'organisation d'événements visant à promouvoir l'image technique et l'expertise de Bostik (ex. : séminaires techniques)
- Participer au processus de score card (local et global) sur sa catégorie de produits
- Construire des relations avec les clients clés et les acteurs du marché
- Participer à des projets de développement avec des fabricants de l'industrie
- Participer aux réunions et aux projets d'innovation et de gestion par catégorie
- Représenter la Steering Unit lors d'événements professionnels

Required Profile

- Vous possédez minimum une licence (BAC+3) dans un domaine technique suivi d’au moins cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle sur un poste d’expert à l’international.
- Vous êtes orienté « client » et avez une expérience fonctionnelle directe dans le service technique.
- Vous savez travailler en mode matriciel et maîtrisez aussi bien le français que l’anglais.
- Vous avez la capacité à diriger une réunion avec des participants de cultures, de niveaux et de fonctions différents.
- Savoir utiliser et appliquer les produits (démonstration) serait un plus.
Vous devrez être en mesure de voyager si nécessaire pour des visites de pays, des essais de production, des formations, des événements de communication et d'autres activités connexes.
