Mission Details

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Wellness

Provide basic healthcare services and first aid to employees

Monitor and assess employee health risks and workplace safety conditions

Maintain and update employee health records and medical files

Assist in the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs

Coordinate with the company doctor and external medical providers for employee health concerns

Conduct health education, wellness activities, and preventive care programs

Promote and implement employee wellness initiatives (e.g., mental health awareness, fitness programs, vaccination drives)

Participate in safety inspections and hazard identification

Support emergency response and disaster preparedness initiatives

Submit required health and safety reports to management and regulatory bodies

Benefits & Payroll Support

Assist HR in managing employee health-related benefits such as HMO, PhilHealth, and SSS

Coordinate medical reimbursements and ensure timely processing of benefit claims

Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and medical leave data

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee records related to health and compensation

Required Profile

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing License: Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Training

BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training (as per DOLE Rule 1030)

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is an advantage

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of occupational health standards and safety protocols

Familiarity with employee benefits administration and payroll coordination

Proficiency in maintaining medical and HR-related records

Other Details

Occasional travel to Ortigas Head Office and Taytay Distribution Facility required

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Will collaborate closely with HR, Safety Officers, and external health providers
