Key Responsibilities 1/2

Strategic
•    Ensure sales team provide forecast monthly basis; identify critical items upfront and provide proposal with the initiative of MERCURY methodology. 
•    Review forecast Vs capacity for monthly, quarterly, and yearly, as well as traded product with supplier. 
•    Review classification (A, B, C, D & MTO, MTS) quarterly basis, propose RIGHT safety stock. 
•    Lead new SKU management from platform assigned.
•    Lead SIOP effectively 
•    Ensure quarterly review with 3rd party supplier & affiliates including non-compliance request raised review. Maintain strategy relationship, as well as affiliates.
•    Identify supplier with classification to improve service level.
•    Ensure all business term for traded product under corporate compliance. 
•    Stake holder for NPS processes, particularly on forecast accuracy, MOQ set up, MTS, MTO 
•    Ensure contract related up to date for traded products.
•    Coach, follow up, monitor, and keep track section shop floor KPI performance on weekly and monthly status especially DIO, NPS & OTS. 
•    Ensure activities comply with the Government acts, legislation and regulations and Internal Arkema Corporate legal rules. 
•    Supervise, provide directions, and motivate staff to promote positive mindset and enthusiasm towards company target and sections operation excellence. 
•    Ensure efficiency and effectiveness within sections in-charge as well as master the system. 
•    Other duties as required.

Operational Efficiency 
•    With provided forecast, upload and review monthly, quarterly Vs capacity to react upfront and provide best solution. 
•    Review classification (A, B, C, D & MTO, MTS) quarterly basis & RIGHT safety stock together with Sales team to improve consensus and strategy towards customer.
•    Lead new SKU management from platform assigned to improve consensus with Sales team and supply chain coordination.
•    Lead SIOP effectively which able to anticipant short-term strategy in overall.
•    Ensure quarterly review with 3rd party supplier including non-compliance request raised review. Maintain strategy relationship, as well as affiliates to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
•    Ensure all business term for traded product under compliance and update master on time. 
•    Stake holder for NPS processes, particularly on forecast accuracy, batch size, MOQ set up , MTS, MTO with analyses  
•    Ensure contract related up to date for traded product under corporate compliance timely.
•    Coach, follow up, monitor, and keep track section shop floor KPI performance on weekly and monthly status with weekly meeting. 
•    Ensure activities comply with the Government acts, legislation and regulations and Internal Arkema Corporate legal rules with periodically review. 
•    Ensure system up to date and able to serve customer requirement on transfer plant order.
•    Set up mechanism for sections operation on planning and raw material for planning fulfilment and traded goods strategy.

Required Profile

Qualifications: 

  • Tertiary degree in business, commerce, supply chain or science. 
  • APICS certification or equivalent preferred.
  • ERP (Enterprise resource planning), MRP (Material Requirements Planning) management 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 1-3  years plus experience in Planning , Supply Chain related
  • People management 
  • Advance MS office skills 
  • SAP background preferred. Power BI & other platform for reporting
