JOB DIMENSIONS

-   Total turnover of the plant: Adhesives 29 Million €, Coatings 3.6 Million €
-   Number of workshops/ technologies: 2 Departments / Solvent Adhesives and Coatings
-   Process risk: Risk Level 1 ;
-   Operating budget : 1.5 Millions €
-   Headcount under responsibility: 50 Staff

Activities

-   Health and Safety
-   Quality
-   Environment
-   Learning our Essentials on Safety and ensuring safety is the number one priority for all employees
-   Carry out basic quality and testing checks to ensure the customer receives and excellent product
-   Feed raw materials into production machinery
-   Fill various containers on production lines
-   Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
-   Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfil orders
-   Pack goods to be shipped
-   Maintain work areas and equipment

This has to be achieved on a safe and sustainable way at the lowest cost.Large variety of manufacturing and filling processes, both manual and automated. Complexity of product range and customers’ demands.

-   Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
