Activities
Missions
• Completion of performance testing of Stafford Site products meeting customer and relevant certification requirements and standards.
• Maintain and support In-Process and QA Testing forming Quality Control.
• Support Quality Officer in product certification.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated for correct measurement systems.
• Meet internal and external customer requests in a timely manner.
• Complete the Quality Assurance Apprenticeship.
Tasks
• Conduct work to Bostik Ltd health and safety practices.
• Complete primary and secondary performance testing to meet applicable standards.
• Report non-conformances and deviations in production testing.
• Quarantine and release products in-line with site procedures.
• Collect retain samples and store appropriately.
• Complete raw material testing in-line with site procedures.
• Undertake customer complaint investigations.
• Complete hygiene sampling according to on-site procedures.
• Complete QA and IPT laboratory calibrations.
• Generate product Certificates of Conformity and Analysis.
• Work on quality-based projects and Investigate trends using statistical process control in support of Operations.
• Support/conduct internal audits, PFMEA, MSA and SPC studies after appropriate training.
Required Profile
Qualifications/Experience Required
• Laboratory Experience from industrial or academic background desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a team-based environment as well as individually.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and conversant with Microsoft apps.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with computer databases desirable.
• GCSE Grade 4 in English, Maths and Science (Chemistry desirable).
