JOB DIMENSIONS
Responsible for driving sales growth with ecommerce customers.
ACTIVITIES
•    Work with an extensive product catalogue to execute a plan for driving sales growth with ecommerce customers.
•    Ensure that products are accurately listed on ecommerce platforms and regularly maintained.
•    Enhance our online presence using SEO content, high-quality imagery, and videos to improve impressions and conversions.
•    Support the creation and management of optimised product copy, images, videos, and associated content.
•    Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and implement promotional and advertising campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
•    Continuously review ecommerce account performance, including competitor benchmarking, keyword research, and issue resolution.
•    Provide regular reporting to the commercial team on sales performance.
•    Identify growth opportunities, including potential new product listings and selling channels.
•    Conduct ongoing analysis of listing processes with ecommerce customers and identify areas for improvement.
•    Ensure compliance with ecommerce customer policies and guidelines to maintain account health.
•    Support the customer service team with any platform queries.
•    Build and maintain collaborative relationships with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.
•    Stay current with industry trends and new opportunities relevant to Amazon and other marketplace platforms.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
The Ecommerce Executive is a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing our online presence on ecommerce platforms, such as Amazon. In this role, the Ecommerce Executive will work with an extensive product catalogue to execute a plan for increasing sales with ecommerce customers. The Ecommerce Executive will ensure accurate product listings, maintain and enhance online presence using SEO content, high-quality imagery, and videos, and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional and advertising campaigns. Additionally, the Ecommerce Executive will continuously review ecommerce account performance, provide regular reporting to the commercial team, identify growth opportunities, and maintain relationships with other internal departments.

Required Profile

ACCOUNTABILITIES
•    Execute a plan to drive sales growth with ecommerce customers, such as Amazon.
•    Ensure that our online product listings on ecommerce websites are accurate, optimised and regularly maintained.
•    Support the creation of ecommerce content including images, videos, and text to optimise impressions and conversions.
•    Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create and implement advertising and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
•    Provide regular reporting on sales performance and maintain account health by ensuring we remain compliant with ecommerce customer policies.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
•    Minimum of 12 months’ professional experience in a similar role.
•    Degree level education in digital marketing or a related field.
•    Demonstrable experience in Amazon ecommerce (other marketplaces are a plus).
•    Good understanding of SEO and PPC.
•    Proactive, well-organised, with a meticulous attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative.
•    Good at managing and maintaining relationships, with an ability to influence cross-functional teams.
•    Good understanding of the commercial environment.
•    Overall passion for ecommerce, with a desire to learn and grow.
