Mission Details

Managing training courses

- Enter the various sets of the training plan in Open portal

- Manage the administration of mandatory and safety training courses:

-Plan training actions

-Propose training sessions to the personnel

-Manage registrations/enrolments

-Prepare and/or manage course invitation notices

-Open the training sessions at the place of training

-Manage and keep records of training actions (monitor absences and number of invitation notices)

-Follow up on-the-spot evaluations and considered assessments, notify anomalies to Employment Training Manager

- Assist with organisation of actions with educational cost

- Input training courses for their sphere of activity into Open portal


- Complementing the Executive-HR Assistant, provide welcome/induction of new recruits (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, work-study contracts, internships, ETT) as part of General Induction procedure

- Manage control of access to the sites in relation with the platform management

(request access permits for pedestrians and vehicles)


- Manage the filing of the personnel's personal dossiers

- Manage the personnel's medical fitness forms received from occupational health department:

- check that the notes and entries are relevant in terms of authorisations/clearances at the workstation

- update the job fitness criteria forms with occupational health department

- Prepare the invitation notices and reports of Lacq and Mourenx DP meetings recorded for the year

QHSEEn management:

  •   Manage publications and reviews in Armoire Générique
  •   Participate, at management request, in workstation risk studies and critical task analyses
  •   Participate in QHSE/Energy management system activities within their sector
  •   Comply and ensure compliance with QHSE/Energy regulations and instructions in their sector


  •   Study and put forward improvements concerning their sphere of activity
  •   At management request, perform specific duties in their sphere of competence 


Required Profile

Level of knowledge / experience needed:

Baccalaureate +2 level Human Resources or equivalent

Initial experience
