ACTIVITIES
  • Customer Service support

-   Customer order placement in SAP, tracking the delivery date if needed

-   Customer forecast collection and put into forecast tools (Picaso)

-   Customer credit lines and on time payment management

-   Shipment follow up and shipping documents preparation for export business

-   Maintain customer database and new customer creation

-   Sample order follow up

-   Back up for absent colleagues

-   Keep record and file all documents properly

 
ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Coordination of Sales team, Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics, and regulatory activities to meet customer demands while, maintaining safe operations, meeting regulatory requirements and optimizing financial performance.
