Sales representative for Thiochemical products

  • H.mercaptan sales
  • Specialty cluster (HHZ, Amine, Oxy Solve)
  • Careflex and Technical service

CONTEXT AND ENROLLMENT

The local entity is managed in combination with both the strategy defined by the BU and the int'l strategy defined by the Group. Under the sales director, the jobholder must implement locally the objective of BU for which he is accountable. The jobholder must bring the BU a good knowledge of the local market to help them building strategy and suggest them the local objectives. The jobholder is accountable for the trading activities under his responsibility in term of sales and development objectives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

Sales & Business Activities (60%)

  • To be accountable for sales and marketing of the chemicals under his/her responsibility.
  • To define and propose the annual budgets under his/her responsibility.
  • To achieve the sales budget by keeping existing biz and developing new biz.
  • To keep close relationships with customers and make reports regularly for customer visit, market survey, etc.

 

Careflex & Technical Service (30%)

  • To control the outsourcing company for Careflex and injection services.
  • To support technically the outsourcing company for the repacking job.
  • To apply HSE and K-reach regulations into the market and supervise the outsourcing company and other vendors.
  • To handle claims from customers and provide technical solutions.

 

Administration & Teamwork (10%)

  • To be responsible for the cost control such as Travel, Entertainment, etc.
  • To be familiar with the digital tools such as Salesforce, BPI, eLearning, etc.
  • To keep close relationships with colleagues, by communicating and sharing information such as CS, Supply Chain, and PS&RA.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Diploma / Degree with 3 to 5 years of working experience in chemical or trading industry.
  • Sufficient knowledges to handle chemicals in terms of sales and technology.
  • Good capabilities to understand foreign mentality and adoptability to work with foreigners.
  • Affordable English to be able to communicate and reporting, and required SAP skills.
  • Positive attitude and experience to control situations and solve problems.
