MBA Leadership Development Program – Talent Pipeline Attraction
Calling all high-potential MBA candidates: Are you prepared to embark on an intensive, dynamic career development experience that will shape the success of your future?
Arkema is accepting applications for its prestigious Leadership Development Program, a 2-year direct employment program that combines strategic rotations, mentorship, and network-building opportunities to develop the future leaders of Arkema.
Who we’re seeking:
High-potential MBA talent (generally with less than 8 years of experience) who are strategic thinkers with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
What you’ll do:
Over the course of four, six-month rotations, participants will have the chance to:
- Immerse themselves into diverse business units & functions: Rotate through various roles across critical areas, including marketing, finance, product management, business development, sustainability, and more.
- Develop strategic thinking skills: Analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and provide direction on strategy.
- Lead high-impact projects: Take ownership of significant projects and drive results.
- Build strong relationships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve business objectives.
- Receive mentorship and coaching: Benefit from the guidance of experienced leaders to accelerate your career progression.
What you’ll need:
You must have strong expertise in finance, business strategy, market development or management of strategic development projects. A background in one or more of the following areas is required:
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional process improvement teams
- Proven ability to innovate and improve upon existing business practices
- Analytical or finance background
- Demonstrated proactive and strategic thinking
- Marketing experience which includes developing business plans, and financial analysis
- Technical background, (chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer science preferred)
- Must be able to relocate outside of the Philadelphia area (corporate location), for a rotation, and possibly a position assignment following the program.
