Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct quality control testing using laboratory equipment and approved procedures and accurately enter results into SAP within required timelines.

Investigate out-of-specification results, support root cause analysis, and partner with production and other functions to resolve quality issues.

Prioritize, perform, document, and report testing activities while maintaining data integrity and compliance with laboratory procedures.

Maintain laboratory equipment calibration, sample management, retain inventories, and nonconforming material processes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with production teams to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.

Prior laboratory experience required.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, with preference given to chemistry, biology, engineering, or related disciplines.

Basic statistical knowledge preferred, including SPC, control charts, Cp/Cpk, and standard deviation concepts.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
