Schedule: 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday, with overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct quality control testing using laboratory equipment and approved procedures and accurately enter results into SAP within required timelines. 

  • Investigate out-of-specification results, support root cause analysis, and partner with production and other functions to resolve quality issues. 

  • Prioritize, perform, document, and report testing activities while maintaining data integrity and compliance with laboratory procedures. 

  • Maintain laboratory equipment calibration, sample management, retain inventories, and nonconforming material processes. 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with production teams to meet customer and manufacturing requirements. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior laboratory experience required. 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, with preference given to chemistry, biology, engineering, or related disciplines. 

  • Basic statistical knowledge preferred, including SPC, control charts, Cp/Cpk, and standard deviation concepts. 

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
