Mission Details

ATTAIN SALES BUDGET:

· Assist and support sales team in delivering targets through various technical visits.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERING:

· Facilitates the regular presentations, training, and technical services to various customers.

· Do demo or mockup of BOSTIK products for testing and client’s approvals. (VISAYAS/MINDANAO AREA)

· Provides customers with solutions to develop, troubleshoot and optimize constructions processes.

· Renders investigations on complaints regarding products and prepares recommended actions or correct methodology.

· Contributes on training and improving the sales team by distributing technical knowledge to them.

· Support the Sales team in answering technical questions from the clients.

· Prepares correct methodologies that will ensure that the products are applied correctly.

Required Profile

Knowledge: Adept in understanding and analyzing construction, market and its competition.

Skills/Abilities: Equipped with skills in presentation, negotiation, product application, testing, customer service, complaint analysis, conflict resolution, technical reporting, and communication for both Filipino and English.

Attitude: Must be a team player and can adjust to various walks of life in construction (labor to owners)

Education: Civil Engineering (preferred), or any Engineering course

Experience: minimum 2 to 5 years experience in the construction field.
