VOLUME
- Ensure achievement of both Sell In and Sell out volume.
DISTRIBUTION
- Completeness of Product placement in all primary outlet based on the must-carry list standard.
- Placement of products in target outlets based on agreed census (numeric >reach).
- Monitoring of inventory per direct account and DSO.
- Pipelining of new products versus target outlets.
COLLECTION EFFICENCY
- Achieves collection targets.
PROSPECTING
- Identifies and defines prospect accounts9projects, end-users) and prioritize focus to ensure delivery of mandated usage of products.
- Submits over a fixed period of time a comprehensive prospect list (end-users and projects) with defined stages and identified product targets for detailing.
CALLS
- The capacity to visit regularly, present and persuade targeted accounts and products.
- To achieve call performance standards by accounts.
PRESENTATION SEMINARS
- To ensure maximum exposure and brand recall of our products to targeted customers through sales and product presentations.\
- Sale and/or product presentation are made a permanent fixture in the BDO’s monthly workload and
- activities.
- That those end-user and professionals are uploaded with the latest Bostik products.
SALES
- To ensure that the monthly work outputs are sufficient to generate patronage and usership of the
- products at least equal to the assigned sales budget of his territory.
- To execute all marketing program dedicated to ensure brand loyalty and conversion among end-users.
Required Profile
- Knowledge: Distributor management, inventory management, merchandising display, in-depth product
- orientation, relevant financial know-how, i.e. credit and collection, profit and loss
- Skills/ Abilities: Equipped with good sales aptitude, proficient in business communications both in English and
- Filipino, negotiation skills, customer service
- Attitude: Self-motivated, able to work and contribute effectively to a team, positive work values and ethics, innovative and focused on continuous improvements, manifests sense of ownership on tasks and responsibilities
- Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Management
- Experience: At least 2 years of retail sales work experience, preferably with exposure in managing sales
- representatives of distributors
