Mission Details

SALES ANALYST SUPPORT
•    Sales data gathering and analysis – the position is responsible in gathering weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales data.
o Sales performance vs budget and against previous years.
o    SIV and STT per region, per customer and per product.
o    Provide analysis and recommendation based on sales performance.
•    Responsible for preparing monthly forecasts based on previous sales trend and future market conditions and in coordination with regional and area managers.
•    Monitor, update and inform sales group of structural budgets related to operational expense.
•    Secure and update distributor and supplier contracts.  The position is responsible in ensuring that all contracts are up to date and should be able to flag expiring contracts that needs to be updated.
•    Monitor, secure and ensure that all distributor business review materials are up to date.
•    Shall collect, review and recommend all (PWP) promo work plan from sales group.  The person should be able to coordinate closely with finance with regards to A&P and Tactical budget.  He should also be able to monitor and report on the performance (revenue, sales target, distribution, etc.) of each PWP.  
•    Coordinates and work closely with Finance in monitoring Account Receivables and other related matter.
•    Coordinates with Marketing for samples, request, PWP, events, trainings and other related matter.
•    Maintain and update, in coordination with Finance and Customer Service, customer master data base

SALES ADMIN SUPPORT
•    Assist in preparation of Purchase Requests for non-stock items, coordination with purchasing and finance to ensure efficient PO processing, delivery/receipt and payment
•    Perform other related tasks that may be necessary for the efficient administration of the sales department
•    Processing of RF (Revolving Fund), reimbursements of all field sales personnel
•    Responsible for the allocation and transmittal of product samples/marketing promo items to all sales personnel nationwide
•    Responsible for the allocation of sales accountable forms such as Pick Up Form (PUF), Sales Order Forms (SO) and non-accountable forms
•    Prepares logistics for all sales meetings (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
•    Responsible for the dissemination of information (memo/announcement) to all sales personnel nationwide
•    Transmits and receives all documents to/from sales department.
•    Creates templates/sales forms to be used in the department
•    Prepares purchase requisition for the department
•    Monitors and maintains office supplies stocks for the department
•    Requests for business cards and other items needed by the entire sales force

Required Profile

Knowledge: Sales analytics, BI, P&L Financial acumen, Advance knowledge with Excel, SAP and Sales Force user.

Skills/Abilities: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels in a confident and professional manner. Strong attention to details; analytical, well- organized, proactive, assertive and takes a creative approach to problem solving; responsive to customer requests and ensures customer satisfaction; provides effective solutions; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Attitude: Self-motivated; able to work and contribute effectively to a team; positive work values  and ethics; innovative and focused on continuous improvements;   manifests   sense of ownership on tasks and responsibilities

Education: Preferably graduate of BS in Business Administration or related course

Experience: At least 1 year work experience in general accounting preferably gained from a Sales and distribution organization
