Mission Details
VOLUME
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability for their area of responsibility.
• Ensure achievement of top line sales volume while ensuring tacit delivery of embedded margin per product category for their area of responsibility.
MARKETING BELOW THE LINE
• Creates, directs and supervises the development of sales strategies; provides methods of presentation, sales aids, and sales promotional materials.
• Implements and oversees execution of trade marketing activities (trade promotion, merchandising outlets) to be abreast of the Bostik products in close collaboration with Marketing.
• Recommends to Sales Head the appropriate direction to be taken on the Bostik products based from the feedback obtained from his sales team.
• Develops promotional merchandising presentation according to budget plans.
• Conducts below the line promotional activities such as product presentation and other marketing support activities across all products. All communication materials to be used should have the approval of Marketing department.
DISTRIBUTION
• Completeness of Product placement in all primary outlet based on the must-carry list standard.
• Placement of products in target outlets based on agreed census (numeric >reach).
• Pipelining of new products versus target outlets.
FORECASTING & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
• Analyze trends of sales performance and creates forecast on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Tracks inventory levels per DSO monthly.
COLLECTION EFFICENCY
• Ensures collection targets set for his team are achieved.
• Ensures receivables are managed well through timely and effective resolution of concerns, if any, by coordinating with Finance, customers and other parties concerned.
MANAGERIAL APPROACHES INTERACTION
• Accountable for team’s goals, objectives and activities.
• Coaching and mentoring of Team Leaders.
• Ability to Influence
Coordinate and rally. Inspire and mobilize others, develop personal commitment, and focus efforts on achieving the desired objectives.

• Conflict management and resolution on issues with affected sales head/staff with the end view of attaining the corporate and organizational goals of Bostik Philippines, Inc.
In-charge of P,L,O,C of the GMA group to ensure attainment of agreed objectives.
Required Profile
• Knowledge: Sales distribution management, trade marketing, merchandising display, in-depth product orientation, relevant financial know-how, i.e. credit and collection
• Skills/ Abilities: Equipped with good sales aptitude, proficient in business communications both in English and Filipino, negotiation skills, customer service, analytical mindset, conflict resolution
• Aptitude: Guts, innovation, cultural awareness, team spirit, safety
• Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Management
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of retail sales work experience, preferably with exposure in sales distribution model/set up
