ArrMaz Products Inc., an Arkema Group company, is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager, Human Resources to join the Specialty Surfactants business leadership team.  This is a highly visible leadership role for an HR leader who can think strategically while staying close to the business and execution. You will shape and deliver the people strategy across talent, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development, change management, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will help translate business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, enable growth, and support a high-performing culture aligned with Arkema values.

The role reports directly to the CEO and President of the business, with a matrix reporting relationship to the Senior Director of HR Business Partners, and leads a team of five across HR, Training, and Compliance.

Your Impact

As Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will:

  • Serve as the senior HR partner to leadership and as an active member of the North America Leadership Team.
  • Translate short- and long-term business priorities into an integrated HR and workforce strategy.
  • Advise, coach, and challenge leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, performance, culture, workforce planning, employee relations, and change.
  • Lead and develop a team of five across HR, Training, and Compliance, building capability, accountability, and succession.
  • Oversee HR strategy and execution in the United States, provide HR oversight for China, and consultative support for Brazil, with broader Americas and global involvement as needed.
  • Build organizational capability and protect critical institutional knowledge to support business continuity and future growth.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession and workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, mobility, engagement, and employee development.
  • Partner with senior leaders, Corporate HR, and Legal on growth initiatives, M&A, integrations, restructuring, and organizational design.
  • Provide leadership on complex employee and labor relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, accommodations, and workplace concerns, engaging Legal as appropriate.
  • Use workforce data, analytics, KPIs, and business insights to identify trends, anticipate risks, and improve decision-making.
  • Oversee benefits and payroll execution in partnership with Americas HR and support HR budgeting and forecasting.
  • Champion an agile, inclusive, innovative, and high-performing culture grounded in Arkema values and continuous improvement.

Lead Transformation and the Future of Work

This role will also help shape how the organization evolves for the future.  You will:

  • Lead structured change management for reorganizations, cultural shifts, digital transformation, new technologies, and new ways of working.
  • Guide responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools, focusing on workforce readiness, skills evolution, change adoption, governance, and alignment with business strategy.
  • Identify emerging workforce needs and develop practical strategies to build the skills and capabilities required for future success.
  • Translate complex corporate and business strategies into clear, executable people and organizational plans.

Drive U.S. HR Policy Modernization and Integration

As part of Arkema U.S., you will play a key leadership role in modernizing and integrating HR policies across newly acquired and existing U.S. legal entities.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Assess policy similarities, gaps, opportunities, and risks across U.S. businesses.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for HR policy modernization, harmonization, and integration.
  • Bring together HR, Legal, HRIS, business, and other stakeholders to address policy design, systems, processes, training, communications, and implementation.
  • Lead or contribute to policy development and updates, ensuring appropriate review and timely execution.
  • Balance enterprise consistency with appropriate business flexibility, competitiveness, compliance, and employee experience.

Partner Across Arkema

Success in this position requires strong relationships well beyond the immediate business.  You will:

  • Build trusted partnerships with Corporate HR, Centers of Excellence, Legal, functional leaders, and HR colleagues across the U.S. and globally.
  • Lead or contribute to enterprise and cross-functional projects, including acquisitions, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Connect and develop the HR team as active contributors to the broader U.S. and Americas HR community.
  • Support inclusive talent and workforce practices that help attract, develop, engage, and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Ensure HR programs, records, reporting, and practices meet appropriate standards for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and effectiveness.

What You Bring

We are looking for an HR leader who combines business acumen, functional depth, sound judgment, and the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience supporting and partnering with a business or function, preferably within a global organization.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
  • Broad HR expertise across talent, employee relations, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, learning, and employment practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and organizational change.
  • Experience using workforce analytics, KPIs, metrics, and business insights to influence decisions.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience working successfully across cultures, countries, functions, and matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop practical HR solutions and improve processes.

Preferred Experience

  • Master's degree.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Labor relations and/or union experience.
  • Talent management or learning and development experience.
  • SAP and SuccessFactors experience.
  • Experience supporting M&A, integration, restructuring, or significant organizational change.
  • Experience leading or supporting digital transformation, AI adoption, or other future-of-work initiatives.

Location, Travel, Context/Environment

  • Based in Mulberry, Florida.
  • Monthly or bimonthly travel to Arkema's North American headquarters in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
  • Regional and international travel of up to 30% may be required.
  • This position also supports site Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) policies and expectations, including applicable safety programs, regulatory requirements, and prompt reporting of safety and environmental incidents.
