Project Manager for the Arkema/ArrMaz Communication business unit specializes in planning management, website development, rebranding, and the execution of marketing campaigns.  Follows projects through life cycle ensuring the projects are delivered to business satisfaction, on time and within budget. 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sr. Communication Manager to execute Communication strategy and map out tasks needed to implement the strategy
  • Ensure customers, management and corporate Communication are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with writers and graphic designers to create content
  • Creating and managing a project/content calendar and schedule deadlines
  • Determine campaign budgets and ensure that all staff adhere to them
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective communication campaigns
  • Manage and supervise communication projects from beginning to end
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our Europe partners, US Corporate partners and external vendors.
  • Work with subject matter experts to execute and manage a schedule of webinars to support product expert knowledge as industry leaders in the world market.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with project management theory and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • High level of expertise in Microsoft suite products with an emphasis in PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, website applications and analysis tools
  • Experience working with a global company in a Marketing/Communication role is highly recommended
