Role Overview:

 

As our Quality Manager, you will be responsible to ensure total operation and management of the QMS including the quality control process of our Australian sites.

This includes auditing of process, packaging and product releases, evaluation of results, measurement and tracking of quality performance and management of employees.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team and lead exciting projects that shape the future of our industry.


Key Responsibilities:


•    Manage end to end quality related process, including internal audit programs, CAPAs, investigating customer complaints, resolving quality issues and manufacturing support processes.
•    Develop and implement accurate data management, BOMs and SAP data capture.
•    Responsible for all regulatory affairs, ensuring compliance with the relevant Acts and legislative requirements, including ownership of the quality policies, product safety data sheet, artwork and labelling.
•    Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
•    Represent Bostik at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

What We’re Looking For:


•    A Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree.
•    At least 5 years’ experience in quality management, ideally within the construction or manufacturing industry.
•    Working knowledge of SAP and GHS (Globally Harmonised Systems of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals).
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
•    A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
•    Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
•    A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
•    A passion for creating positive client experiences and achieving outstanding results.
