Role Overview: 


As our Production Operator, you will play a crucial role to ensure that we are able to meet the demand for our products.

Your ability to execute your tasks will be key in achieving our strategic goals. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and participate in exciting projects that shape the future of our industry.

 


Key Responsibilities:


•    Assemble raw materials for use at the respective machines.
•    Operate the assigned machinery according to SOPs and Work Instructions.
•    Always adhere to safety policies.
•    Collaborate with peers to complete assigned tasks.
•    Ensure housekeeping is carried out at work area to maintain cleanliness.
•    Stay updated on training activities. 
•    Identify opportunities to improve process and mitigate risks / hazards.

What We’re Looking For:


•    Experience in manufacturing / production environment is highly desirable.
•    Have a valid forklift license.
•    Understand the skills or have the experience in batching / mixing type of work.
•    Performing adjustments and changes to production equipment as required.
•    Physically fit and active for manual handling duties as required.
•    Punctual and reliable.
•    Knowledge of and adherence to safety practices and commit to OH&S principles.
