Number of workshops/ technologies: 3 Departments - Blu Tack, CTA and Butyl 
Operating budget : 500,000 €  
Headcount under responsibility: 29 Staff

Learning our Essentials on Safety and ensuring safety is the number one priority for all
employees  
Carry out basic quality and testing checks to ensure the customer receives and excellent product 
Feed raw materials into production machinery 
Fill various containers on production lines 
Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse 
Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfil orders 
Pack goods to be shipped 
Maintain work areas and equipment 
Context and environment 
The mission for all Bostik Operations is to support top line growth by delivering products
matching customers’ expectations in terms of Quality & Services level. This has to be achieved on
a safe and sustainable way at the lowest cost.Large variety of manufacturing and filling
processes, both manual and automated. Complexity of product range and customers’ demands.

Essential 
A good level of Education – GCSE or equivalent 
Strong work ethic and organisational skills 
Strong safety, quality, environment mindset 
Desirable 
Previous experience multi-taskingin a fast-paced factory environment 
Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
