Under the supervision of the AMAS Cybersecurity Manager, the Cybersecurity Analyst will play a crucial role in helping ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our assets. Collaborating with a team of experienced professionals, you will assist in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential security risks and threats. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Cybersecurity analysis and mitigation of incidents
•    Monitor and remediate cybersecurity alerts and incidents in coordination with regional and global Security Operations Center (SOC) team
•    Collaborate with other analysts globally to investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing remediation measures
•    Collaborate with Infrastructure team to review and enhance firewall policies, ensuring they align with industry best practices and company standards
•    Utilize scripting languages to automate routine security tasks and improve efficiency in security operations
•    Support the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
•    Assist in the review and enhancement of security controls and measures to protect critical systems and infrastructure

Project work, policy and guidelines development and cybersecurity assessments
•    Perform vulnerability and risk assessments on systems and applications, reporting and supporting prioritization on findings and work on the recommendations/controls for risk mitigation/remediation
•    Conduct specific cybersecurity assessments of new vendors, solutions and applications
•    Support Arkema’s M&A activities by providing cybersecurity expertise
•    Support Legal and Purchasing teams on contract provisions regarding cybersecurity requirements
•    Support the deployment of industrial, research and development and manufacturing initiatives by providing cybersecurity support
•    Support the development and maintenance of relevant cybersecurity policies, guidelines and procedures at Global and Regional levels

Cybersecurity Awareness and Training
•    Support the design, implementation and rollout of cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives, translating complex cybersecurity concepts and best practices in a relatable way to the broader user community and management
•    Provide professional and courteous interactions, guidance and cybersecurity best practice recommendations to associates, team members and overall user community
•    Participate in industry cybersecurity threat and incident sharing meetings, and convey findings and solutions to/from partners/resources
•    Stay well informed with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, adapting security practices to meet those challenges

Cybersecurity metrics tracking and reporting
•    Support the cybersecurity metrics tracking and reporting process, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to enhance current cyber practices
•    Support the communication of cybersecurity targeted KPIs, assessments, identified risks, vulnerabilities and threats to specific groups and business units

SETTING:
Cybersecurity is a rapidly changing environment and there is an expectation that the Cybersecurity Analyst stay current regarding practices, attack methods and technology to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business-critical assets.  The Cybersecurity Analyst will be expected to adapt and grow with the changing needs of the threat landscape and apply and recommend innovative technology where needed.
Cybersecurity breaches can have a significant effect on the ongoing operations of companies and can potentially lead to financial losses.  As such, the development and maintenance of security policies, the detailed review of applications and technology, aligned with timely and appropriate responses to cyber incidents, are vitally important to Arkema. Cybersecurity risks and the controls that mitigate those risks are evaluated and balanced to provide continued access to key assets, while protecting those assets from loss and/or compromise.  This position will be accountable for recommending and implementing controls & strategies to achieve effective access-vs-protection balance and reacting to recover lost data when controls fail.
•    The Cybersecurity Analyst is expected to collaborate with all IT departments (regional and global), functional departments, business units, as well as and third-party vendors.
•    This position requires off-hours availability for emergencies concerning cybersecurity incidents.
•    Some domestic and occasional international travel required to enhance Arkema’s regional cybersecurity posture.
•    Supports the global and regional cybersecurity initiatives, projects and programs to improve the company cybersecurity resilience, including leading by example.

REQUIREMENTS
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or other related fields
•    Minimum 3 years of combined experience in cybersecurity and hands-on IT technical work required
•    Strong knowledge of networking concepts, operating systems, and IT infrastructure
•    Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS controls
•    Familiarity with networking and cybersecurity technologies including Internet proxy devices, anti-virus, firewalls, scripting, SEIM/event logging, routers, switches, remote access devices, and change management
•    Proficiency in using security tools for vulnerability scanning, log analysis, and incident response
•    Good working knowledge of cybersecurity for cloud computing environments
•    Prior experience in developing and implementing automated processes, tools, and systems to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats effectively and efficiently, especially on Security Orchestration and Automated Response (SOAR) platforms
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate technical matters to non-technical individuals
•    Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus
